Spring Walk Through
On April 13th, members of the Board, Krimson and Snyder’s will conduct the annual spring property walk thru beginning at 1000AM weather permitting. It is important that if you have any concerns/issues with landscaping in the common areas or property structural issues that you want looked at that you report them to Crystal prior to the walk thru. Your help is very much appreciated. The Board has approved not to complete any driveway or tree work in 2023.
Also, the following units will have wood remediation and exterior painting completed in 2023
