Welcome to Emerald Lake!

Emerald Lake Condominiums are set among stately trees, rustic natural areas and carefully planned landscapes to insure privacy and provide a natural backdrop for the brick and cedar architecture.

The atmosphere is more "Northern Cottage" than East Lansing Condo.  Residents are treated to sightings of deer, ducks, geese, a wide variety of birds and more than an occasional wild turkey.  And the fish are big and biting at Emerald Lake as well as the other lakes in our neighborhood.

Irrigation System Schedule

The ELCA irrigation system will be turned on starting on May 6, 2024. Workers will be on the grounds to accomplish this task which may take a couple of days to complete.

Yard waste will be picked up from the curbline on the second Wednesday of the month in the months of May, July, September and November.

Emerald Pond Treatment Schedule

The schedule for the treatment of Emerald Pond has been posted on the website. To find this document go to the Co-Owner area of the website and click on the link at the bottom of the page that reads "Click here for a directory of files containing the Master Deed and Bylaws of the Association". Then click the link near the top of the page for the "Category List". Then click the link for "Maintenance Schedule" to find the document.

ELCA Communication Survey

The Emerald Lake Condominium Association recently mailed a survey to collect information on how co-owners would like to stay informed on board activity and other information. Of the 141 surveys that were mailed out we have received 73 responses as of February 23, 2024. This is a reminder that if you want to stay informed on association business and activities you should return the survey at your earliest convenience. If you didn't receive the survey or would like another one sent to you, please contact Krimson.
