Maintaining the Property

Emerald Lake Condominiums contain a mix of common elements, limited common elements, and elements restricted to the use of the co-owner.  These elements are described in the master deed and bylaws.  Maintenance, repair and replacement of the common and limited common elements generally falls to the Association, while co-owners support the restricted elements.
